Shipping and delivery

Because the products are shipped directly from the supplier, you save significantly on transport and storage costs. Since the delivery is made directly from the supplier, the delivery time is longer than usual – but in return you get the best prices.

Due to a change of supplier, some products may be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Our supplier processes orders Monday to Friday. Orders are handled within two working days and shipped the following day. The average delivery time is 7 to 14 days. Deliveries are not made on weekends. During periods of high demand, processing time may exceed three days.

Please make sure that all delivery details are correctly filled in when placing your order. If the information is incorrect or incomplete, we will need to contact you, which may delay your order. Delays may also occur during customs processing.
