HOW LONG CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
You can return a product within 14 days after you have received it from our supplier.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
Once we have received the returned item, checked it, and confirmed that it is unopened, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method. All customers must contact us after the return has been sent and provide a Track & Trace number so we can process the refund.

Please note that most financial institutions take an average of 3–5 working days to process a refund.

DO I HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING COST MYSELF?
Yes, all customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. When returning a parcel, it must be sent with tracking (Track & Trace), and this information must be sent to us. If a parcel is lost or has no tracking code, we are not responsible for the loss. Please note that the return address is in China, so return shipping may be expensive.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU FIRST?
You must contact us before making a return, as return shipping can be expensive.
